First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for Casual - Guest Service Agent who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, anticipate every request and make guests feel right at home.

A little taste of your day-to-day

This is a crucial role dedicated to delivering incredible guest experiences. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
• Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
• Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
• Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations and solutions

• Being our guests’ trusted contact – restaurant recommendations

   

What we need from you

• Experience in hospitality in a Hotel Front Office environment
• Great communication skills between colleagues and with our guests
• Problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are highly regarded
• Strong organizational, written & communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & prioritize workload
• Meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
