Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms according to IHG standards and procedures.
Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room discrepancies.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Follow hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
Support the Housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks.
