Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with IHG standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while monitoring performance, attendance, and grooming.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas are well-organised and maintained.
• Coordinate with other departments to report maintenance issues, manage lost & found items, and support smooth hotel operations.
