What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warm, professional service and ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
- Respond to overnight guest requests, inquiries, and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
- Complete the nightly audit, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports accurately.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Recognize and acknowledge IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized front desk throughout the night.
- Stay informed about hotel services, events, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Collaborate with other departments and support the team wherever needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of one year of previous front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using hotel systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexible to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift.
