Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the MICE market to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct sales presentations and site inspections for potential clients
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Coordinate with internal departments (Banquet, Events, Front Office) to ensure smooth event execution
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales activities
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or MICE segment
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Existing MICE client network is an advantage
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional personality with strong teamwork skills
