We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to lead the team. The role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high food quality and hygiene standards, managing and developing the kitchen team, controlling food costs and inventory, and maintaining consistent culinary standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, solid hotel kitchen experience.
