- Lead and manage the kitchen team,
- Develop menus( Brand/Local)
- Oversee buffe & à la carte operations
- Control food cost, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
- Work in collaboration with F&B leadership
Profile
- Proven experience as Sous Chef in a hotel
- Strong knowledge of buffet and à la carte kitchen operations
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for quality, consistency, and team development
- Open to Lao citizens
